Package Information
~ Packages will expire. A package of 3 will expire in 6 months. A package of 6 will expire and 12 months. Any unused treatment sessions past the expiration will not be able to be redeemed for any reason.
~24 hour advance notice is required when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be responsible for the late fee of 50% of the appointment fee.
~Either forgetting or consciously choosing to miss your appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show” and you will forgo one full session from your package for the “missed” appointment.
~If you arrive late, your session may be shortened or canceled in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session.
