First Time Clients

-All first-time clients must schedule their first appointment online. 

-A credit card is required to be kept on file.
 

Professional Environment

-Clarity Massage is a professional space offering licensed massage therapy for therapeutic purposes.

-Clarity Massage has a zero-tolerance policy for solicitation of any kind.

– Jokes, innuendo, and inappropriate requests are taken seriously and will result in the swift termination of the session.

-Massage therapy is provided for stress reduction, relaxation, relief from muscular tension, and improvement of circulation and energy flow.
 

Cancellation Policy

-24 hour advance notice is required when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours of advance notice you will be charged half of the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

-Either forgetting or consciously choosing to forgo your appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show” and will be charged in full for the “missed” appointment.

-If you arrive late, your session may be shortened or canceled in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible to pay for the full session.
